Our Delivery Times

a) Delivery within germany:

Delivery will be made within 7 days, for INDIVIDUELL articles it will be made within 10 to 14 days. The delivery period for payment in advance begins on the second day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank and ends on the following seventh day, at the latest on the 14th day for INDIVIDUAL items. In the case of payment by Paypal, the period begins on the day of confirmation of the payment by Paypal and ends on the following seventh day, for INDIVIDUAL items on the following 14th day at the latest. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

b) Dispatch to European countries outside the EU: The delivery period according to a) is extended by 3 days.

c) Dispatch to all other countries: The delivery period according to a) is extended by 5 days.
